Paul F. Zerola, Esq. received his Bachelor degree from Harvard University and received his Juris Doctor from Boston's Suffolk University Law School.  Attoney Zerola is a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bars as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, United States Court of Appeals for the 1st and 2nd Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. 

Attorney Zerola has served as the backbone for civil litigation and personal injury law firms for more than a decade. He was recognized by Boston Magazine as a Massachusetts Rising Stars, Super Lawyer, in General Litigation, Divorce and Civil Litigation in 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008.

Attorney Zerola quickly developed a reputation for playing a central role in litigating and settling numerous civil lawsuits, including premise liability, personal injury, negligent security and other torts. Attorney Zerola is also a tough, aggressive and seasoned family law attorney, including divorce, custody, child support, modifications and contempts.

Attorney Zerola’s area of practice is broad and he also handles equity matters, contractor/homeowner disputes, wills, trusts, estates and all other types of probate matters, real estate closings, landlord / tenant law, real estate title issues, adverse possession, specific performance, and partition of land.  His civil litigation practice includes; wrongful death, personal injury and defense of civil claims.  Attorney Zerola is known for being both dedicated and diligent.

Attorney Zerola is active charitably. He was a co-founder of a foundation dedicated to improving the lives of foster children in Massachusetts and across the United States and has received the Horizon of Hope Award twice from the Massachusetts Department of Social Services (DCF). Attorney Zerola is a volunteer lawyer of the day in the Massachusetts Family Courts and is a volunteer conciliator and member of Senior Partners for Justice (Volunteer Lawyers Project) and a Guardian Ad Litem.  Attorney Zerola established the Zerola Family Scholarship which helps students in foster care that do not have the traditional family structure with financial scholarships.

Nicole M. Zerola, Esq.

Nicole M. Zerola, Esq. received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and graduated cum laude with a Bachelors degree in Business with a concentration in Finance.  Attorney Nicole M. Zerola worked for a political consulting firm and aided in the crafting and strategizing of multiple municipal and state political campaigns. Attorney Zerola attended Suffolk University Law School, located in Boston, Massachusetts.  She participated in both a Domestic Relations Clinical and the Public Defenders Criminal Clinical.  Attorney Nicole Zerola’s areas of practice include real estate and family law. 

J. Erin Russ, Esq. Of Counsel

Attorney J. Erin Russ, Esq. received her B.A. from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina with a major in political science and a minor in Spanish and she received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.  After focusing on International Law and accumulated years of experience, she now focuses on contracts, civil litigation, family law matters and real estate.  Attorney Russ-Fisher gained a great deal of experience in working with outside counsel, development team members and real estate brokers in connection with the preparation of condominium documents, condominium presentations, purchase and sale agreements and other contractual agreements.


Attorney Russ-Fisher is also active in the community; from participation with Guess Who's Coming to Dinner and the Charlotte Metro Soup Kitchen to her travels to volunteer work in Zimbabwe, Africa, amongst other charitable adventures.

Attorney Russ-Fisher is a member of the Massachusetts and Illinois Bars and the American Bar Association.
